Q: What is lamination?
A: Lamination is a clear, flexible polyester film coating applied to a map for protection, rendering it waterproof, stainproof, markable and washable. Laminated maps can easily be rolled for storage or shipment, and can be mounted for framing, eliminating the need for heavy cover glass or acrylic.
Q: What are hanging rails?
A: Maps that are hung on rails have a rigid or semi-rigid bar (rail) attached to the top and bottom edges. The map can be easily hung from the top rail, and the bottom rail provides weight to keep the map hanging flat. The rails also allow the map to be easily rolled up like a scroll for portability.
Q: Can you get maps not shown on the web site?
A: Yes! There are many map products on the market, and we have access to more than we can possibly display on our web site. Please contact us by phone at 330-668-6643 or email email@example.com with your specific request.
Q: How do I know what the shipping charges will be?
A: Shipping charges appear in Step 4 of the Shopping Cart, BEFORE you submit your order. Charges shown are for ground service only to the contiguous US. If the shipping address is outside the contiguous US we will contact you within 24 hours with the actual shipping charge; if you require expedited service, please enter your request in the "Instructions" field in Step 2 of the Shopping Cart, or better yet, call us at 330-668-6643.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most items are drop shipped directly from one of our vendors and take approximately 5-10 business days to be received. We normally reply to orders with a confirmation by email or phone with an estimated time of delivery.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: In most cases we can ship via overnight or 2 day service. Please enter your request for this service in the "Instructions" field in Step 2 of the Shopping Cart, or better yet, call us at 330-668-6643. Additional charges will apply. Shipping charges indicated in the Shopping Cart are for ground service only to the contiguous US.
Q: How do I order multiples of an item?
A: Click "Add to Cart" on the item page, then adjust the quantity using the "Update" button when you go into the Shopping Cart.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy is as follows:
Manufacturer's defect or damage in transit:
Full refund including shipping and handling fees. Customer must first call 330-668-6643 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
Returns for reasons other than defect or transit damage:
Full refund less shipping and handling fees upon authorized return at customer's expense. Restocking fee may apply - customer must call or email first for return authorization.
Please note: custom products are non-returnable and are advertised as such on the product pages. Customers are responsible for being aware of this when submitting an order.
Customers who are shipping a return at their own expense should purchase insurance -

Returns must be received in original (new) condition and packaging.
4 Corners Maps must be notified within 10 days of customer's receipt of the item by phone
or email to authorize a return. Please call 330-668-6643 or email email@example.com.
Please be prepared to provide customer name, order number, and reason for return.
Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
